Chemotherapy Weed
indicaAn old-school, legendary Canadian strain, also known as UBC Chemo or Kemo. It's rumored that Dr. David Suzuki genetically designed and developed this strain in the late 1960s or early 1970s at the University of British Columbia, intending to help cancer patients manage the unpleasant side effects of chemotherapy. It is a potent and powerful bud capable of providing mind-body relief. The mature plant resembles a Japanese Bonsai tree, with smallish, spade-shaped buds. These buds are predominantly green or purple leaves that resemble spiky, foxtail-like clusters. A healthy, well-trimmed plant will yield dense nugs with a frosty trichome coating and an array of orange-red hairs throughout.
